Many different factors determine which site is best for manufacturing, distribution and technical support facilities. SAI-Asia's staff identifies sites that match the client's criteria, evaluates these sites, discusses specific terms with the management of these sites, and negotiates with appropriate personnel specific contracts and agreements.

SAI-Asia's staff also helps its clients identify and evaluate such related issues as sources of engineering and construction services, transportation alternatives, and availability of equipment suppliers and other systems required for new operations.
